Elizabeth L. Doory, Esq.

Elizabeth, or “Beth” as most people know her, practices in the areas of Estate Planning and Estate Administration, Elder Law and Business Planning. She represents individuals, business owners, young families, and the elderly in connection with planning to meet their estate, tax and medical assistance planning goals. She also works with individuals and families with special needs, including trusts and adult guardianships.

Prior to joining HWK Law Group, Beth worked in various capacities serving the public interest; in law school she served as a domestic violence victim advocate, then later as an Assistant Public Defender, arguing in court on a daily basis, before moving into government relations and nonprofit policy and advocacy representing the needs of children and families. The experiences have shown her the diverse issues that individuals and families face and the importance of thorough and client-centered planning for the short and long term.
