Beth Hare joins HWK Law Group as a highly experienced and engaged professional with a strong commitment to both her legal career and her community. Beth has over fourteen years of experience working as a paralegal and Notary Public in various areas of the law. She specializes in assisting attorneys working in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Trust, Guardianship, and Bankruptcy. Prior to joining HWK, Beth was with the Hagerstown-based firm Dolina/Hobbs, LLC.
Within these practice areas, Beth handles estate planning signings and drafts Bankruptcy Petitions for both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 and drafts plan. From assisting a client with determining estate planning goals and drafting necessary legal documents to executing and safekeeping of those documents, Beth gives careful attention to detail, clear communication with the client, and adherence to legal requirements to ensure that the client’s wishes are properly documented and legally enforceable.
Beth’s involvement in her community demonstrates her dedication to making a positive impact beyond her professional responsibilities. She has and continues to consistently demonstrate leadership skills, organizational abilities, and a genuine commitment to service.
