Bradley F. Fowler, Esq.
Brad focuses his practice on working with the owners of growing businesses to solve their legal issues and achieve their goals. He provides outsourced general counsel services to business owners, saving them valuable time. Brad assists established business owners negotiate the purchase or sale of ownership and/or assets. He also represents clients in business-to-business litigation at the State and Federal levels. In addition, Brad works with individuals and families for adult guardianships.
Prior to joining HWK, Brad was an associate at a large Baltimore firm, then moved on to a solo practitioner for five years.
Brad lives in Rodgers Forge, where he enjoys playing video games with his two sons and collecting sneakers.
